Where are you based out of?

We are based out of Littleton Colorado but we service the Colorado Front Range and beyond!

What are your parking requirements?

We require enough room to park a 14' Trailer towed by a 19' foot truck. We will need enough space to drive in and out but we will detach the trailer and remove the truck during the event. Our serving window is only on the driver side of the trailer and we require level ground in order to park. We are not responsible for any damage to lawns.

Do you need access to Power?

If electricity is available we will use it to power our lights and appliances but if not we always provide a generator as well.

How early do you arrive to events?

We arrive 1.5 hours early to events to ensure that we have plenty of time to set up the trailer as well as enough time for the bartender to get set up. 

Are you licensed and insured?

Desert Canary Mobile Bar is a licensed and insured limited liability company. We can provide our business license and our liquor liability insurance for all events. If your event is not held on private property then it is the host's responsibility to secure a permit for the event.

Do you supply alcohol or bartenders?

Due to Colorado law we are unable to hold a liquor license so all alcohol must be purchased by the host or provided by our bartending partner. We partner with a licensed bartending service called Joe's Party Liquor. Joe's Party Liquor is able to provide the alcohol and all other necessary supplies such as ice, garnishes, glassware, and cocktail kits. They also provide unlimited alcohol packages to ensure you never run out of drinks at your event. 

What are your booking and cancellations policies?

We require a $300 non-refundable deposit in order to reserve your date. The full payment must be made 10 days prior to your event date. Any overtime or last minute additions can be discussed at the event and must be paid within 24 hours after the event.

How do I book the Ace High for my event?

Please reach out to us through phone, text, or email with the date you are looking to book as well as some information about your event and we will check our calender and respond ASAP.
